Home from Home provide a truly person centered approach viewing each person as an individual with their own needs.
We are a family run business, drawing on a combined experience of over 20 years.
We primarily provide care in the Allestree and Darley Abbey Area, however we have carers across the city of Derby.
What we do?
We pride our selves on the quality of service we provide. our main services involve providing quality care for the elderly with learning difficulties,, mental health needs and sensory impairment.
We ensure our service users receive a flexible and consistent service. We all want the best possible quality of life, allowing us to make choices and being treated with dignity and respect.
How we do it?
Each client is individually assessed before offering a service ensuring the right levels of skills and competence are put in place to meet their needs.
We encourage Service Users to make informed decisions about their own care, enabling them to maintain full control of their own lives and support them to live independently.
